Meet Ray

Ray Avery has worked in long-term care and rehabilitation for over 12 years. He started his healthcare journey as a nursing assistant at Clifton Oaks Care Center. As he continued his education, he was afforded new opportunities and worked as a registered nurse and a nursing manager. Ray graduated from Walden University with a masters in science which allowed him to start practicing as a nurse practitioner. During his practice, he has worked at many skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities. In his role as Director of Medical Services, he leads our remarkable team of providers and oversees the services provided.
